Good Evening Mr. President. Let me just say that I am one of the hundreds of thousand of Filipinos who felt very happy when you implemented the No-Wang Wang. This was a simple act but full of subtle meaning that you won’t tolerate the arrogance of the rich and powerful. It is for this reason that I want to raise another form of arrogance that is happening almost every weekend in SLEX. Every weekend you have groups of motor cross riding men who ran SLEX for more than 140 kph or more and zigzagging along the highway without care and consideration for ordinary cars plying the route. I was with my family this morning and almost lost control because the motorcycle just cut us in our path. It is with God’s grace that we regain control. I heard that this people riding this expensive motorcycles are the same kind of people behind the wang wang. I really do hope that you can do something about this. Thank you
